1. No purchase necessary to participate. When you purchase a Pro Football Hall of Fame Legendary Getaway at the Courtyard by Marriott in Canton, Ohio you will be automatically entered in the sweepstakes. You may also enter the sweepstakes without purchase by sending a 3 by 5 card that contains your name, address, telephone number, & e-mail address (if available) in an envelope postmarked no later than July 1, 2009 to:

Game begins at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time on 7/1/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on 7/1/2009.
2. Employees of CourtyardCanton.com, its parent company and affiliated companies and their immediate families (dependents under IRS definitions) are not eligible to participate. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over on or before 7/1/08.
3. By claiming a prize, winner consents to CourtyardCanton.com use of their name and photograph in advertising without compensation. Further, by accepting a prize, winner agrees to not assert any claims and agrees to release CourtyardCanton.com, its parent company and affiliated companies and third party prize contributors/suppliers from any and all liabilities, injuries or damages sustained in connection with the award or use of the prize.
4. Winners are solely responsible for reporting winnings and paying all applicable taxes. CourtyardCanton.com reserves the right to award cash or some other substitute of equal or greater value in lieu of the prize.

7. PRIZE Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by 7/15/09 by certified US mail, and will have 30 days to claim the prize. Instructions on how to claim the prize will be included in this notification.

Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
